It seems like everyone is searching for that perfect weight loss solution or for the best way to get fit. There are plenty of ideas floating around out there. The main idea of a good diet and regular exercise is great if you are just wanting to get in shape and do not have a long way to go.
If you think that you are far from being fit, don't worry. You need something more intense. You might need a routine that will take away fats and get you in the shape you want to be. However, diet and simple exercise is not the answer. What you need is something more intense. Let me tell you more.
What you need is something called Turbulence training aka Interval Training
The Idea Behind Turbulence Training
What exactly is turbulence training? Well if wou want to know more, read on. It is actually a combination of resistance training and interval training. The concept? Well, it uses your body to burn the most amount of fat. What do you need to do then? Well, a mixture of resistance and turbulence will help you.
There are a variety of turbulence training. Your body will naturally get tired of the same old routine. Therefore, with turbulence training, it helps your body not reach its plateau.
Intensity is another important factor of turbulence training. High intensity is important to burn the most fat during each workout.
Other Details
Let me now tell you the details of turbulence training. It involves getting into a routine. You may want to work out 3 days per week with each workout being resistance training. This should be followed by an interval training. You then need to change your workout every four weeks.
The resistance training needs to include two to four repetitions with six to eight reps in each set. You will also be doing what is called a super set. A super set is non-competiting exercises done in pairs. For example, you do squats and then bicep curls. There is no rest between the exercises. You go from one straight into the other.
It is also important during the resistance training to make sure that you are using large groups of muscles. This will help you get the maximum fat burn.
So how long should you do the intensity training? Well, you need to do high intensity training for 20 minutes. If you want to lose the fat, you need to put in a lot of effort into the interval portion of the workout. You really need to push yourself.
So, there you have it. Trust me, with this combination, you can use turbulence training to start burning fat.
